They said it would take months, years even. They were wrong. Things had been far worse than he had known, why he had been so concerned with having his own things to do had now seemed like such a wrong thing to do. Dealing with people all day. The police, the morgue, lawyers, people he knew, people he didn't know. Jeremiah and Sevanni had to man up now and take care of everything, but he would leave it up to Jeremiah. He hated living in that house and all he wanted to do was get out. Get out of that house, leave and never look back.
The sun was out when he ran off the porch and swiftly ran down the driveway, around Bakers Ridge and through the small forest of trees. As the sun grew further and further away he ran faster and faster. His breath nearly breaking his lungs as they rushed in and out.
Feet traveled far, but as far as they could take him, as much as the tears welled from those ducts, he couldn't run anymore. He stopped upon coming near the cemetery, hunched over, taking in breaths and feeling a few beads of sweat emanate over his forehead and temples, licking his lips and sucking in more breath, trying to slow it all down.
As his body calmed he had looked up and realized where it was he had been. Just outside of the cemetery. A place he had held comfort once before fear. Meeting someone new and trying to leave his presence, and soon after adapting to the dead man.
He stepped forward after standing upright, putting the palms of his hands against the vine covered stone wall. Darkness began to fill the sky and his eyes loomed over the area as much as he could see. As far as he could see.
He swallowed hard, stumbling as if in a drawn daze to move forward and push the wrought iron gate open. It gave an eerie screech, ignoring it for the time being and stepping forward.
He had no desire to go to his fathers grave. Soon his mother would be buried next to him in a matter of days. Then he would be reading both of them stories. If he could handle it that is.
But he walked. He walked until he met a headstone that was larger than him. It stood seven feet tall. Nearly corroded. He would turn and sit there. Slide in a slump with his back against it, rest his ass on the ground and sit there all night until he could return to that confining house.
He had started to close his eyes, a hand wiping away more tears that were driven out of those hazel eyes. Fuck it. They would continue to fall whether he dried them or not. Why bother cleaning up something when it was only going to be constantly wet?

There had been a tremendous amount of thoughts that ran through Sevanni's mind. Could he go back home and deal with all of the bullshit he knew his brother and sister would throw at him? Could he continue to care for the grandparent that was on the way out? Could he really deal with more of peoples questions? He may have been twenty-one, but he had a heart of someone much younger. Having to grow up faster than usual, it made him want to go back and do what it was he missed.
"Hey.. you ok?" The voice had startled him, his fist rose and wiped his eyes while he sat up with feet kicking off the ground to assist him. A sniffle was drawn in as eyes looked up at her. He thought nothing of it. Just another female who had crossed his path. No worry.
"Yeah.....I'm fine." He said, brushing it away and seeming as if things were okay even though they hadn't been. It wasn't as if he had known her or anything. Just another body. Another night. He pushed out a chuckle that helped take his mind off of things. Snap out of the realm of thought and devote it to the plights of reality.
Still he sat there against the grave. An unusual place for someone to be, but then again, he did go to the cemetery often. Just not on nights like this. "You startled me." He let out, taking eyes away from her to check his watch. He relaxed back, letting his head fall back against the stone.
"I see I'm not the only one who parades through the cemetery at night." He said rather dully as he sat back. The stars clearly visible to him as hazel eyes scanned over the sky's surface. If only he could go up there. Maybe he would finally feal like he belonged somewhere.

[/b] She laughed ever so softly, her voice very melodic and welcoming but at the same time low and exotic. She moved down and sat next to the boy moving her hand around to him. "I didn't mean to startle you my name is Ambra, Ambra De Luca. May I ask your name?" She spoke softly to him while she kept out her arm for him to shake. The one thing that was good, was that she very good with people, no matter what gender and she could get anyone to like her as well as any one to hate her, she loved being her it mad things very easy. After he had introduced they shook hands just just pulled her legs up into her chest resting her forearms on top of her knees. He spoke once more and she replied elegantly, "Well.. the night it much more serene then the day time, quiet, sultry and beautiful. The ruins such a thing, too many people around during the day." She smiled towards him, for a human he was surely very handsome, she wondered if she should try to get him on her own or play with him a little. She decided that, he seemed a little to stubborn to just fall for her. Not only that, but he was cute which meant that he had dealt with a lot of girls. So Ambra knew she would have to play with him, his mind. Which was always fun, so she didn't mind much at all. Slowly she tapped into his mind and showed him her slight attraction to him, giving off the feeling he should go for it, because she was unlike no other girl. She made the feeling stronger, she wanted to take him home, just for a little while, he was just too good to pass up. She licked her rose stained lips and smiled up into the night sky, she was going to treat him well...VERY well. Truthfully she couldn't wait, just as long as he did as he was asked and or told, then he would be fine. A smile still gracing her features she slowly stood up and looked down at him. "Well... I guess I will just leave you alone." She smiled down at him and then slowly turned from him starting to walk away, it would only be mere seconds until he would get up and follow her, or ask her to stop and wait up for him. Ambra's mouth began to water, with just the thought of it. Tonight would be fun, for the both of them.[/sup][/ul]

She lightly laughed, moving to sit beside him, the overwhelming feeling of needing to scooch down a tad just because his personal space was again being invaded. People were doing that lately. invading his space. Touching him. He just didn't like it. "I didn't mean to startle you my name is Ambra, Ambra De Luca. May I ask your name?" Her voice slightly more dramatic than he was used to. The overwhelming feeling of having his insides tightening, and those bells were heard off in the distance. Her hand was held out and as he looked her in both eyes with his own hazel hues, he felt compelled to reach out his own hand and shake it.
He did. Slowly his hand crept toward her own, oblivious to everything he had previously knew. She was beautiful, there was no denying that, but it wasn't the reason why he had kept his eyes focused on hers.
His head turned, confusion evident over furrowed brows and a slight frown, she had made herself quite comfortable. He was about to get up when he had felt pushed down to the earth as his mind became a tunnel of a vision that he himself hadn't created.
His eyes lifted slightly, head partially turning. Looking her over with intrigue and pulling his lower lip between teeth and letting it slide out slowly. How could a person like him, so mentally controlled fall into the web of the widow? Thinking about things he never thought of. Wild thoughts protruding as he became suddenly worried she would never be around him.
Then she stood, looking down with eyes glazing over his form. "Well... I guess I will just leave you alone." He felt as though his heart would ache if she had and as she turned he mustered up the fleeting courage to stand and move closer to her. Take her hand and turn her to face him. "Please.....stay...." He took in a rushed breath, licking his lips and opening encourageable eyes to her.
"We've only just met but.....I feel so.......attracted to you." His heart hadn't been beating fast but to him it felt like it was. As if his mind and body were doing two separate things and he couldn't control it, let alone think it was really happening.

[/color] Her voice wasn't overly dark or heavy it was just like that of a harmonic song, her words the notes and lyrics. She smiled at him and slowly turned around starting to walk towards the iron gate in which was her freedom from the cemetery. "If we could.. I would like to get out of the cemetery, then you can make your decision." She spoke softly to him while making her way out of the cemetery still keeping a hold of his hand, even though he didn't seem to be letting go either. Ambra wondered if he felt the coldness of her skin, or if she had gotten to him so much that he didn't even notice it. Her mind seemed to go off into a frenzy of thoughts, what she could do to him. She even started to think about what he would taste like, she could tell he would taste good. Though some part of her was saying that she shouldn't, and that confused her. This human.. was different he seemed more understandable, more.. unlike most men she played with. The male still hadn't stated his name, and she hated not knowing it, because he was very interesting, very interesting indeed. There was so much that she wanted to do with this boy already, she was having to hold back her urges at the current moment. Ambra bit her lower lip, her fangs sinking into it ever so slightly but since she wasn't facing the boy he couldn't see her fangs. This male would definitely not be leaving her estate a few hours after he entered, she would keep him there for a while longer, she just couldn't help it. Unique, interesting, adorable and for these next few hours.. all hers.[/sup][/ul]

"I see well.. do you have a place to stay around her? or would you like to come to my house.. we could chat a little if you would like." She spoke as if angels had delivered her. Deep down he could feel the tumbling of his stomach making a frenzy of it all. Lurching and telling him this was wrong but everything else had pushed him further toward her.
He shook his head ever so slowly from side to side. No....he wouldn't be allowed to even bring a woman home. That much he was certain of, and it was the pressing thought more to go with her than anything else. But why was he thinking like that? He was confused yet somehow things managed to pull toward her.
"If we could.. I would like to get out of the cemetery, then you can make your decision."Again his head nodded, only this time it had been up and down. Her hand with his. Without so much as an inkling thought he had some flickering images of a night full of powerless intrigue. He wasn't the type to do things that he had seen.
Sevanni wasn't so innocent. He had done things boys his age usually did, but he was the loner shy boy who managed to do things the right way and with impeccable thought. This....this seemed so wrong but it had pushed him to want to explore those possibililities that scratched his mind.
They walked along, she had stayed in front of him, holding onto his hand as feet followed her exact path, breaths moving in and out steadily as he watched her. The urge to have it out there and then making his facial structure distort with each passing thought pushed into his head.
"Where....where do you live?" He pushed out. His words starting to fumble as they usually did, and even as his mind felt a little bit of release, it still felt trapped within that web.
Finally they reached the wrought iron gate, she pushed it open a little further and still he followed after, not bothering to close it at all. Wondering how long it would take to get there. How much longer until those protruding thoughts could be expressed.

[/color] She said to him as she continued to swiftly and quickly moved back up towards where she was first coming from. Something with in her felt.. odd like she didn't want to control him, that she wanted him just to fell like he did, with out her manipulating him. As they soon came up to the door of her house she opened the door and led him in. The house was decorated with modern decor, the block and 90% angles everywhere. Circles and abstract paintings and other things, as well as dark wood furniture glass and sterling appliances. Wondering whether she should keep him controlled enough was like an inner battle. Ambra turned around and closed the door behind him, leading him into the family room, where there was a huge plasma screen TV as well as 2 love chairs and huge black suede couch that was angled in a rounded half circle. She placed him on the couch and then sat next to him just staring into his soft hazel eyes. Why was she even having a battle over controlling him or not? Never had she cared about the opinion of a human or not, so why did he completely change her mind. She looked away from him and mentally cursed herself as she let her own thoughts leave his mind as she turned back to him and just sat there, waiting to see how he would react, what he would say. Ambra did know that she wanted him to stay of his own free will and still feel attracted to her of his own free will. Who knew though, if he would, he didn't seem that interested in the beginning, so why would he now? Her eyes glistened as she bit her lower lip and looked away from him, "I would.. hope you would stay." She didn't expect him to, but she wanted to ask or give him her opinion/suggestion on what she would like him to do and what she would hope he would do. [/sup][/ul]

"I live just right up the small hill, it won't take long to get there at all." In his warped mind all he could think about was good, not too far away. Following her in her own pace as she continued onward. When they came upon the house had couldn't help but be oblivious to it, yet the relief they had ended up somewhere had been more than comforting.
Everything he had known had now been out of the window. A new door was opened and she was bringing him through it. He felt like a wind up toy in a way, even though he was moving by no means of his own volition, but in a sense, something, something was wrong and he knew it yet couldn't act on it.
She sat him down on the couch, comfortable, but his mind wasn't on that. He had somehow had it in his mind that she would straddle him and start to do things he wasn't usually accustom to. She took a place beside him, turning hazel eyes to her own hues, feeling every ounce of worry wash away from him.
Then it hit him like a wave. His mind reeling, his heart rate speeding up some as eyes looked around and then fell on the woman. His body jumped up and he was on the side of the couch taking a few steps back as he kept eyes focused on the woman. "H....How did I get here?" His young voice tolled out as he felt worry and confusion rush over him.
"Who....who are you?" He backed into a piece of furniture and jumped again..... looking at the object and moving beside it while putting eyes back on her quicker than normal. "I would.. hope you would stay." His breathing was moving up and down like some dribbled basketball. He bit his lower lip, shaking his head no..... He didn't even know where he was, or who she was, and he wasn't one to take to strangers who led him to places without knowing how or why.
His back hit the wall just shy of being even close to the front door, it would be a good distance to even get there, and those bells, those bells that had stayed silent for so long were now clanging so loudly in his head. How fast could he make it to the door? How fast could she move? Was she like Shaden? Was she dangerous? Too many things to think about when you were still so confused.

Shaden hadn't been planning to leave the house tonight. He was going to stay in and watch a movie or something. But something felt wrong to him. Like he should leave. So he did. He normally wasn't one to follow his little vampire feelings, if that's even what he should call them. Tonight, however, the feeling was just too strong to simply ignore. So he walked the boring streets of Bone Temps. He saw very few people running about.
Some of the few people he saw watched him oddly, though he knew it was because he was wearing sunglasses at night. Most of the time they remained in his pocket, seen but not used as pure irony. Tonight though, wearing a dress shirt and a jeans he had decided to finally use them for the first time. At seemed to add the mystery that was Shaden Grace. He appeared more deadly, more dangerous in them. It wouldn't be a surprise he he continued to wear them every night now.
He came to the cemetery, and he been about to walk past it when he caught a very familiar scent along with another scent he didn't know. But it was a vampire. Some stupid little vampire was with Sevanni right now. His Sevanni. His jaw clenched and he followed the scent, moving quickly, but not yet running.
Shaden could be reasonable. He could forgive. After all, it wasn't like Shaden had bit him. Yet. But still.. the sudden rise of anger in him was like a white flash of light in his mind. It blocked off all other thought. This vampire was in for a very big surprise when he found them. With each step his anger seemed to grow. So stupid. If he hadn't made that promise to Sevanni that night then he would have bit him then and there and this wouldn't be happening.
He came to the house, and he could hear Sevanni inside. He was confused, and worried. Which could only mean this vampire had messed with his head in order to get him here. All the mercy he was planning on giving vanished in that second. He ran up to the door and was inside the very next second. He didn't pause and he stalked toward the stupid women. He picked her up by her throat. His anger seething. He so badly just wanted to crush her. "That human is mine." Spoken from between his teeth, fangs out, and his sea glass orbs grew darker, like a storm. "How dare you even touch him." He throw her back against the love seat with enough force to flip it.
Forgetting about her for that moment he went to Sevanni, his features more soft and gentle as he got to him. "Are you okay?" Of course he was. If she had bitten him he'd smell it, but he couldn't help but ask. His head turned back toward the vampire. "I don't know you and nor do I care to. If you so much a touch him again or play with his mind the way you have tonight, I'll kill you." He pulled Sevanni against him, into his side with his arm place firmly on his shoulder. Ready to push him out of the way if this turned into a real fight.

[/color] She spoke softly as she just stared at the boy, her facial features weren't threatening they weren't dangerous even her eyes were confused. Ambra was slowly walking back in to the family room, walking past them slowly as she just stared at them both again. Why was she caring about this boy, why did he matter to her. It was ridiculous A HUMAN for fuck sakes, there was no reason to care. "I must and will know why.. he has this affect on me, you can not stand in my way." She wasn't a fighter, she knew that but for some reason her mind, her body was reacting oddly. "I don't want to care, but I do! I care for no freakin' reason and I WILL find out why!!" It was the one thing, she couldn't handle over all things. Ambra needed to know why she felt certain things, because through all her life she always had control on the situations she was put in. Her body, her mind, her soul, her heart was always under her control and no one ever broke her. Now though she was drawn to this human, his hazel orbs of life seemed to suck her into an oblivious array of thoughts. Why was this happening to her and why was this vampire here, stopping her from understanding. She no longer wished to hurt the boy no longer wished to take from him the sweet elixir that ran through his veins. Ambra just needed to know why she couldn't control what she was doing around him. Her past was filled with men in which she brought home fed and got rid of with in seconds, trapping their mind with in her web, but with him, she let him go and wished for him to stay, why!? "He is precious, we both believe that. I know this for a fact because of the way I feel and the way you are acting. So lets figure this out..." She let out a soft breath, shivering ever so slightly as she watched both males just standing there. The feel of the boys skin against hers made her mind run wild, but not all were sexual fantasies, no some were just soft images. She didn't understand, and she felt like she was slipping from the reality she had built up for so long. Her eyes now staring up into the vampire who had instantly opposed her, she slowly started to move towards them. "I wish no harm or ill will.. so lets think of something between all of us."[/sup][/ul]

There was a loud sound from behind, not directly behind him, but around from that corner of the wall where the door frame had been. A rush of air flew by him. A few strands of hair on his head to the front had blown from it, accompanied by some plant leaves that were resting across from where he stood. His gut swallowed by it's self as his stomach lurched and fell hollow. Shaden. In the blur of jeans, blond hair and dark blue material, had went to the woman and yolked her up by the throat.
"That human is mine." His? This was news to him but still it had made him feel as if he were wanted by someone, and even as Sevanni had earlier hoped he would run into Shaden in his time of sorrow, he hadn't expected this, but he was so relieved that someone more powerful than him could come and protect him like that. How he had tracked Sevanni down wasn't in his mind, but later he would surely want to find out.
Shaden tossed the woman onto a piece of furniture rather harshly, he could have swore the chair was going to flip it's self and her over. Sevanni could have taken that chance to flee. Run out of the room and out of that house and head somewhere, anywhere that was safe. He stood there with ragged breaths, eyes watching everything that was going on as if it were some form of movie rolling right in front of him.
Shaden had moved toward him then. "Are you okay?" He swallowed, hesitant on the answer. He wasn't sure. His head felt like a ton of bricks had hit him hard, but he was alive so that was a plus. He could only nod his head with parted lips as he watched her. Not able to take her eyes away because he feared she would try something.
"I don't know you and nor do I care to. If you so much a touch him again or play with his mind the way you have tonight, I'll kill you." With an expulsion of air Shaden had pulled him toward his side, feeling his hand over his shoulder, his rush had come to a reeling pause. He was ok. Shaden, for some reason had made him feel safe, but those words. Mine, kill. Words he wasn't sure he'd been all too clear about. What did it mean exactly?
Then the woman, she stood and made her way round to the front door that Shaden had previously burst through. "I.. must speak truthfully, I was going to harm him at first. But.. I couldn't.. I had taken his mind but once I reached my home, I no longer wanted him here against his will. There is something about him... and now I can't just let him leave, I will not turn him.. but I wish to know why he has this hold on me." What the hell did she mean? Harm him? Did she mean bite him? Drain him dry and leave him for dead? His heart and stomach sank with that thought.
He had no idea what she meant by a hold on her. Could humans even do that to vampires? Have a hold on them? Everything was getting weird and instinctively as she moved around too damn much for his liking his left hand had allowed fingers to clasp the back of Shaden's shirt just there at the center. Swallowing again, licking his lips and biting on the lower as hazel eyes followed her as she moved.
"I must and will know why.. he has this affect on me, you can not stand in my way." She kept eyes on him and it made him feel like a special bone for dogs. Some sort of cat nip for the picking. Uncomfortable. Scared. He was no match for a vampire, no matter how good or how bad a fighter he was. He had some skill, but not the kind to defeat either of them.
"I don't want to care, but I do! I care for no freakin' reason and I WILL find out why!!" He hushed out air from his throat, unsure if it left lips or not, but he tried so hard to let his eyes move from her view. Fingertips drug along Shaden's lower back as he tried to take a new hold of the fabric, turning his hand into a fist without showing he had been gripping that shirt.
"He is precious, we both believe that. I know this for a fact because of the way I feel and the way you are acting. So lets figure this out..." What was there to figure out? Was he going to die? Would they share him as a meal? No....no that couldn't be it could it? Suddenly his heart was racing more and more and he had managed to keep his breathing slightly more calm than it was, but it was still a little rugged.
Then she started her pace toward them, Sevanni took a step back, a single half step that was allowed by the space behind him, his fingers lowered as the weight of his body had fired through him, feeling the upper hem line of the jeans Shaden bore. This was a danger zone, he knew that now, and as she approached more and more, the harder his heart was beating in his chest cavity.

This women. This stupid pathetic excuse for a vampire was annoying in both her movements and her words. "I.. must speak truthfully, I was going to harm him at first. But.. I couldn't.. I had taken his mind but once I reached my home, I no longer wanted him here against his will. There is something about him... and now I can't just let him leave, I will not turn him.. but I wish to know why he has this hold on me." Slowly a smirk appeared in his lips, and it stayed there. Never faltering. Oh how foolish she was. She wouldn't have to just let him leave because Shaden was taking him whether she liked it or not.
His eyes lowered a quick second to look at Sevanni, he felt his hand in his back, clasping his shirt. And then back to her. She was scaring him with her childish talk and walking around the room. Plus she continued to stare at him. All this was making very iterated. This was slowly turned into something more then just anger. He was furious. "I must and will know why.. he has this affect on me, you can not stand in my way." Oh what a laugh. He could and would stop her with very little effort on his part. It would be so easy that he might even feel a little guilty after wards. His smirked widened slightly, just barely showing his teeth. His fangs. So sharp and ready to strike and tear into her undead throat just for simple pleasure of doing so.
"I don't want to care, but I do! I care for no freakin' reason and I WILL find out why!!" Oh why was she doing this? All this talking was only making things worse, and she evened yelled at him. No one had yelled at him like that for hundreds of years. She was either really brave or really stupid. The he would go with the latter of the two. Stupid better fit her. Telling him what she was going to do with his human. Speaking of, he could feel Sevanni's hand moving, being drug along his lower back. It would have been a temptation he couldn't resist had it not been for the vampire before them.
"He is precious, we both believe that. I know this for a fact because of the way I feel and the way you are acting. So lets figure this out..." He closed his eyes for a moment trying to center himself. What was it about this women that seemed to make all his years of patents and calm go out the window? Though he knew it was more then just her. He wanted -needed- to protest Sevanni. Shaden wanted to turn him, make Sevanni his permanently. He didn't want anyone else to touch him. Ever. Shaden wanted him more then he had ever wanted another human being, and he wasn't into sharing what he had already claimed as his.
She slowly started to move towards them, and Shaden instantly put himself in her path, hiding Sevanni behind him. The smirk was gone. Which was actually a bad sign. "I wish no harm or ill will.. so lets think of something between all of us." It felt as though she were trying to corner them. Stop them from leaving. Shaden forgot about his control. This was not a time for control. "There is nothing to think about. He is mine." He pushed out between lips, his jaw tightly clenched. "I don't and will not share what is mine." And with that said he rushed forward, movements a blur as he grabbed her and forced her back against the opposite wall. Hard. He could here her head hit the wall with an almost sickening crack.
The anger in him burning through and seen clearly in his eyes. He dared her to say anything else. Dared her to plea and beg for a little more time with Sevanni so she could, 'figure out why she was attracted to him.' He kept his hold on her, not letting her move or push him away, "I don't care what you feel toward him. After this night all contact with him will end. You wont come near him. And if you do, I'll make good on my promise to kill you." There was no doubt he was serious. beyond serious. He wanted to yell at Sevanni to get out, but at this time he really didn't want him outside by himself.

[/color] She snarled into his face her fangs as deadly as any other vampires if not more. This wasn't going as she wanted it to, she didn't want fighting or pain, for neither of the parties. or for the precious boy, but this vampire was starting to tick her off just a bit. Her elegant leg moved up hard against his groin and with a swift change of weight her opposite knee came flying up into his lower abdomen sending him off her with in seconds. She rubbed the back of her head, feeling some blood trickle down it. If she wasn't careful she may black out and that wouldn't be good at all. For a mere second though her eyes lifted towards the boys, her eyes full of confusion and part filled with fear. Who was he.. why.. why couldn't she just let the human go and find another. She wasn't even going to claim him, so why did she care. But before anything more could happen her eyes averted back to the vampire she had sent flying off her. She removed her jacket and moved into a low stance, it was an easy stance nothing too complicated or that showed whether it was defensive or offensive. Ambra decided it was best that the boy stay out of harms way, so she moved towards him quickly. She stopped feet from him, her back to the vampire male as she just bit her lower lip, knowing she may lose this fight. "You.. move down this hallway.. get away from here.. just stay on the stairs.. who ever wins the fight will come get you. I must apologize for this battle.. but, you have captured something with in me I do not even remember myself and I must find out what it is." She moved back from him and turned around pointing down the hall to where he would be safer. With that though she moved to the side as she walked to the wall that held her two elegant grand burial swords. Or that was what she named them, they flawless weapons, her body was rigid with unknown feelings. A part of her said as long as he was safe then everything was fine, but another part of her said she truly needed to know what it was that was awakening with in side her. She grabbed one of the weapons from there rightful and respectful place on the wall and pointed it towards the ground, her wrist upwards while the blade was too, facing her opponent. "Please...reason... I do not wish to fight you." She spoke so softly, she just wanted to reason with him. She didn't wish to use the boy, she didn't want to hurt him or make him fearful. She wanted to know what the attraction was and if he knew why it was happening. Her black locks that were in soft ringlets fell down over her face and shoulders, bouncing softly before she truly face him where they slid back over her shoulders and behind onto her back. Hopefully in the end, there could be some type of.. agreement. For now though, it seemed he wouldn't even reason with her, with out a battle against all the odds. A small hiss left her mouth as she tried to play the battle out through her mind, but it was too hard to predict. She sighed softly and looked down for a second as she then just stood there waiting for some type of movement, she would have to strike if it came to it, no matter how much she didn't want to. This is where her fate was standing, Ambra was no fighting for everything she built with in herself, that was something she needed to protect.[/sup][/ul]

Things had gotten too far out of hand. Shaden was waking his acts against the woman with such force, his own body frozen there as feet held him steady. He felt like he wanted to collapse down onto the floor, flee and run from the house. Two vampires fighting hadn't been something Sev had seen before, but he was most compelled to view their actions.
She had done it though. She plussed her efforts on him, kneeing him in the groin. Sevanni swore he felt his own masculinity hurt for him. Women always did that. Kicked guys in their dicks because it was the most sensative organ on their bodies. But what if he had done it to her? No, she wouldn't have liked it at all.
He attempted to flinch and make a way toward him, but the Ambra had made it to Sevanni before he had a chance to move. "You.. move down this hallway.. get away from here.. just stay on the stairs.. who ever wins the fight will come get you. I must apologize for this battle.. but, you have captured something with in me I do not even remember myself and I must find out what it is." He felt like he had lost his breath, eyes lifting partial focus to her but his mind was more concerned about Shaden.
His head shook side to side in tight motions, moving to his left to round his way away from her. He moved back though. Back into the hall, but when she had turned Sevanni had sprinted toward Shaden and he was lowered, half crouched and grabbing his shirt and pulling him up. "We have to go.....Shes gone mad." He pushed out worried, hurried as if she would even try to hurt him further.
Sevanni's eyes drifted upward, looking at the woman who could try to make her move once more, but Sevanni had swallowed hard as he stood up, turning to face her. "If you want to hurt him, you'll have to hurt me first." What?
For fucks sake he was a human. No supernatural powers like he had heard some of them had. He had witnessed a couple of those key elements that night, but his bravery, his sudden act of bravery could cost him everything. His arms were to his sides, spread out a bit and attempting to block Shaden.
Sev knew Shaden didn't really need his help, but when had he ever put himself on the line for others? So she could stab him and he would die, not big deal. He could end up in heaven with his mother and father and all would be well again. It would hurt, he imagined it would, but Shaden had put himself out there for Sevanni, and for some reason, some reason deep down inside, something had compelled him to do the same. But why?
